Ingredients in all blends excluding sinus: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Essential Oils, Rice Bran Oil, Polysorbate 80, Cosmetic Grade Colour.
Ingredients in sinus: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Peppermint & Eucalyptus Essential Oils, Rice Bran Oil, Menthol Crystals, Polysorbate 80, Cosmetic Grade Colour.
Directions: Just chuck one of these on the outside of the bottom of your shower and let it slowly dissolve and release its essential oils.
