Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of the products we sell, returns are not accepted due to change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you request a refund prior to your order being packed/shipped, you will receive a refund less a mandatory 10% restocking fee of your total order (including shipping). This is to cover our time and non-refundable fees charged to us by payment providers. *Please note that as all items are handcrafted the item that appears in the picture may differ slightly to the item that you receive. Handcrafted items in essence are not perfect and may have inconsistent colours, designs, weights and variances (such as soap might have small air pockets).
